NITA attended the closing ceremony of Pavilion of the Netherlands

    The Pavilion of the Netherlands, aka Happy Street was Dutch’s face at the exposition. It was closed after 184 days’ hugely successful display and received a stunning 8.5 million visitors, it’s almost 12% of total attendance. A brief closing ceremony was held on 3PM, Eric Frank Verwaal, the Dutch Consul General hosted the ceremony.

    On Oct 31st, 2010, Pavilion of the Netherlands at Shanghai Exposition closed. Dai Jun, CEO of NITA China Headquarters, Tony Fang, VP of NITA attended the ceremony.
    Happy Street represents a path towards an uprising city, overlooking the grand view of the pavilion. Visitors experienced unique creativity and technology with the 26 distinctive small houses on the path. The lovely sheep and polder were highlight of the pavilion.
