2019 Beijing World Horti-Expo Exhibition Plan Passed Assessment

    Recently NITA has finished the compilation of 2019 Beijing World Horti-Expo Exhibition Plan--- Pavilions Design Planning, which has passed assessment on December 11, 2015.

    Now the planning design work in different aspects of 2019 Beijing Horti-Expo is under progress. As a specialized team in world expos and horti-expos planning and design, NITA was invited by 2019 Beijing World Horti-Expo Coordination Bureau for the planning of pavilions. To well complete the project, NITA organized Chinese and Dutch designers, utilized resources from AIPH and FLORIADE, and visited Yanqing to do research. 

    In this planning, NITA focused on aspects including the history of world horti-expo, exhibition system, area division, pavilion layout and service system of gardening reserved area, and interpreted from perspectives of the theme, functional layout, streamline partition, exhibition points, space structure, equipment requirements, energy conservation and after-expo usage, which has laid a solid foundation for the work at next stage.

    Mr. Ye, the deputy director from Beijing World Horti-Expo Coordination Bureau, and Ms. Zhang, leader of the expert group, attended the presentation delivered by NITA, and gave high praise of the presentation and printed documents. All experts regarded that the research was full and in-depth, and case study was detailed, which was favorable for the future planning work. They also thought that the interior pavilion arrangement was reasonable with various types, and was valuable for the actual work.


    After the meeting, leaders from Beijing World Horti-Expo Coordination Bureau thanked for the hard work done by NITA and expressed the wish that NITA,representing the highest level of landscape and exhibition in Holland, can provide more effective technical support in this project.
